Cancellation Policy

✅ All bookings will be subjected to a minimum cancellation charge of 5% of the agreed booking amount irrespective of the time of cancellation before 15 days of the Check-in date.

✅ The 50% amount of the paid advance (full or partial) will be refunded if the cancellation is made before 10 Days of check-in, or can be re-scheduled based on availability.

✅ No refund will be made on cancellations or booking migration, within 10 days, before check-in.

✅ On the scenario of 40-50% room booking in a single invoice . The cancellation will be applicable minimum 20 days before check in.

✅ The prior clauses will be applicable on booking cancellation within 10 Days to 15 days, before check-in.

✅ The paid advance for booking will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made on the same date of booking, except, if the check-in date and booking date are the same.

✅ These prior clauses will be applicable on partial cancellation or migration.

✅ Booking for black-out dates (All govt holidays except Thu-Sat) or Eid/Durgapuja/Cristmas festival's is strictly non cancellable/refundable or be rescheduled.

✅ Refunds will be initiated (if applicable) following a successful cancellation. The refund will be issued via the same payment method that travelers used. Depending on the channel, the payment may take one to 7-15 working days for it to appear in the account. *5% Convenience charge is non-refundable
